I am a Junior at UGA and my biggest interests include art, music, photography, and journalism. I was born and raised in Augusta, GA and have been in this state my entire life. However, one day I hope to move to NYC and work for a top-notch magazine in an editorial position. I am very interested in the different intersections of identity and love to learn about new ideas from others. As the board’s secretary, I monitor the website, manage our social networking and email accounts, manage the office, and perform other basic secretarial tasks. Foreign languages are my obsession, but my professional interests lie in psychiatry. I have a positive attitude and like to keep things simple and clean. I am a Sophomore at UGA and a first timer on the Board of Directors. I work with our Director of Event Coordination (Justin) and help to plan and reach out to other organizations and people on campus, in Athens, and throughout the area. I’m a vegan and enthusiast of anything earth-friendly or organic. I love trying new things and am open to learning as much as I can. In my spare time I am a guide dog walker. I’m a Junior here at UGA. I’ve lived in Athens since 8th grade for the most part. I was born in the Philippines and moved to America when I was 4. My cultures (LGBTQA & Philippines) are very important to me. I might be one of the most laid back person you’ll meet. I like to keep things simple and calm. I love boxing and rugby. I also love sneakers. As Director of Education, my goal is to assit in the understanding of our community. I believe that making personal connections with people makes this exchange easier and more meaningful. I’m also in charge of Speakers Bureau. How do? I’m Robert, first year at UGA and first year on the Lambda Board! My major interests include Tumblr, Glee, Sherlock, and the Queer Community at large. I absolutely love politics and the occasional argument, though I’m never averse to listening and chatting about whatever. As Lambda’s treasurer, I keep track of what we spend, how we spent it, and try my best to come up with creative ways to further Lambda’s causes.
